Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Developer - HCM & Financials (100% Remote | Direct Hire)
We're hiring an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Developer to support and enhance enterprise Oracle EBS applications with a strong focus on HCM and Financials. This is a direct-hire, long-term opportunity for a hands-on developer who takes ownership of complex technical solutions in a stable, mission-driven environment.
This is a technical development role, not functional.
What You'll Do
Design, develop, test, and support RICEFW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, and Workflows)
Build and enhance Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL packages, and workflows
Develop and support integrations, interfaces, and data conversions
Customize Oracle Workflow, BI Publisher, and XML Publisher solutions
Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical designs
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Oracle EBS issues across HCM and Financials
Required Experience
Strong hands-on Oracle EBS R12 development experience
Proven experience supporting both Oracle HCM and Financials modules
Demonstrated RICEFW development expertise
Advanced skills in Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, and Workflow
Deep understanding of Oracle EBS architecture, tables, and public APIs
Experience with AOL setups and concurrent programs
Ability to clearly communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
